It’s official: Diamond Banc is growing its California footprint again! We are thrilled to announce that our newest office opens November 10, 2026, on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. Joining our offices in Beverly Hills and San Diego, Pasadena becomes Diamond Banc’s third California location and gives clients across the San Gabriel Valley a private, local place to sell or borrow on their fine jewelry, diamonds, luxury watches, and gold.

Meet Our Pasadena Market Director, Silvea Parsamyan

Leading the new office is Silvea Parsamyan, Diamond Banc’s Market Director for Pasadena. Silvea has spent more than 20 years in the jewelry industry, which is essentially her entire professional career. She began in luxury jewelry sales, where she built a deep understanding of both the pieces themselves and the client experience, and later moved into senior leadership and operations with a focus on scaling jewelry businesses.

Silvea has personally opened five jewelry locations throughout the Los Angeles area, overseeing each one from planning through execution. Leading an office in Pasadena is especially personal for her: she is a Pasadena native and lifelong resident with deep ties to the community and the greater Los Angeles market.
