I found Diamond Banc while doing an online search and it seemed like a MUCH better option than a local pawn shop! I reached out to request some information and Lensey got back to me so quickly I was, honestly, shocked. She provided me with a good amount of information for my wife and I to review and, once we had, we contact her, via text, to schedule an appointment. We set up an appointment for the beginning of the next week (only a few short days later) and were given EXCELLENT instructions to follow. We arrived at the Diamond Cellar at Green Hills Mall, where her office is located. We were greeted by the receptionist who told us she would let Lensey know we were there. My wife went off to Starbucks while I conducted our business. Lensey was punctual and pleasant. We had a nice conversation about, of all things, horoscope signs and what couples seem to work BEST together, while she evaluated my piece of jewelry. She came back with a loan amount and explained the entire process to me and then I was able to sign my loan documents electronically. She provided me with an explanation of a few important items then provided me with a check. About the only issue I had is the check written was not drawn on a guaranteed account so my bank has insisted on holding it for five (5) days to ensure it is valid. But, if that is my only complaint, I promise you, I am way ahead of the game. Lensey was polite, professional and efficient and did not make the process difficult which I really appreciated!
