Honestly it was such an easy experience. I sent in a picture to them. They made me an offer and I walked out with a check. The time I spent I the office was less than 30 minutes. Their customer service was amazing, and if I ever needed to sell jewelry again I would use them.

I went into this place to sell a ring that I had thinking it was a pawnshop. It was not a pawnshop, but the lady that was there working answered all my questions and we were actually able to make a deal on the ring that I had my visit was very educational as far as diamonds and Gold is concerned and I will be returning if I ever have to sell any more of my jewelry

I did an appraisal with Tori for some jewelry I retrieved through an inheritance and she was professional, knowledgeable, and very polite during the appraisal.
