After a few years of dealing with Diamond Banc, I would like to say that they have been a tremendous help. Although as far as loans go the interest rates are quite high. But this is in a sector in which rates are much higher exponentially than theirs. Something I appreciate very much is that we have been able to redraw with no problem when we needed the money. The foot traffic of our business crashes at various points of the year and unexpectedly. There have been moments in which we were strapped for cash and felt stranded. But just in the nick of time we were able to re-draw in order to pay our bills. It’s comforting to know that there are no personal guarantees and they won’t come after you with a lawsuit if you completely default. But the customer service has been very awesome. Kyle has been very helpful and Richard with whom we deal with sometimes on a weekly basis is very kind and respectful. So in my experience when we didn’t have money we simply didn’t have money however, I do not regret one second having started my business relationship with Diamond Banc which gave us access to cash when we didn’t have money.

This place was absolutely amazing. I mailed in a 3,200$ chain. They paid for shipping. Package was delivered to them within 15 hours. Overnight flight shipping. They confirmed it was gold and overnighted me a check for 2,650$. No issues with anything. Communication was amazing with them. They also will wire money the same day if you want that.
