I have used Thompson's jewelry before for various jewelry problems. They always handle them quickly and reasonably priced. Today I went in to have a ring resized, they did it while I waited and authenticated some random diamonds I had. It all took just a few minutes but when I asked for a bill they said I didn't owe them anything. They were very generous with their time. I highly recommend them.
The lady I met with Lindsay was very professional very accommodating and very knowledgeable. I even missed my appointment the first day and the second day I was avoidably a half an hour late. She was very accommodating and helpful both those times. And I got the results I was looking for.
